Quality career and technical education is an essential part of America’s workforce development system. The challenges of assuring a high-quality system which meets the needs of students and employers are many. This conference will focus on providing career and technical education leaders with information and skills to help them meet those challenges. In addition to an outstanding general session speaker, participants will be able to choose from a variety of small group breakout sessions. An additional resource available to conference participants will be a commercial exhibit area.
DATE/LOCATION
The 2026 PACTA Leadership Conference will take place from July 28-30, 2026, at the Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center, State College, PA. Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. on July 28. The conference will conclude on July 30 at 11:00 a.m.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodations are available at the Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center located at 215 Innovation Boulevard, State College, PA. The conference rate for accommodation is $159 per night for single or double occupancy. Reservations must be made by June 26, 2026. Book online or call (800) 325-3535 and mention the “PACT26A.”
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The registration fee is $375 for PACTA members and $475 for non-members. The registration deadline is July 10, 2026.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after July 10, 2026.
The registration fee includes conference expenses and materials, breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, breakfast on Thursday, and all refreshment breaks.
