A PDE Approved Certification Program for Career and Technical Educators Seeking Certification
• Coursework focuses on needs of the Career and Technical educator as a classroom teacher
• Assignments and Assessments relate to actual tasks in the CTE classroom
• Eight-week online asynchronous classes; Opportunity to attend one- hour weekly meeting with faculty instructor, which is recorded
• “Learn by Doing” with faculty feedback and assignment resubmission to assure proficiency
• Learn with Career and Technical Educators throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and highly qualified School of Education university faculty in a Cohort model

Upcoming CTE Instructional I Certification Cohorts begin
MAY, 2025, OCTOBER, 2025 and JANUARY, 2026

CTE Instructional II Certification Program begins Fall, 2025, January, 2026

Cohort Start Times will be added based upon student interest.

CTTP Certification Program Information sessions will be offered virtually, via Zoom on the following days/dates/times:

Tuesday, May 13, 3:30 pm
Tuesday, May 20, 6:15 pm
Wednesday, June 4, 3:30 pm
Monday, June 16, 4:00 pm
Thursday, June 26, 10:00 am
