Job Description: Franklin County Career & Technology Center is seeking a highly motivated Workforce Development Coordinator (Co-op) to lead and coordinate work‑based learning and workforce development programming for secondary Career and Technical Education students. This position works alongside a Co-Workforce Development Coordinator and plays a key role in connecting students with employers, ensuring program compliance, and strengthening partnerships with business and industry.
Qualifications:
• Cooperative Education Certification (or in-process to be completed within a year) is required.
• C & T or Career and Technical Instructor II Certification required.
• Ten (10) years of successful Career and Technical teaching experience preferred.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, management skills in areas of educational leadership, and students.
• Be highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment; able to multitask; be a strong team player.
• Possess knowledge of academic and career and technical education standards.
• Possess knowledge of Workforce Development standards, Federal labor laws, and State labor laws
General Duties & Responsibilities:
• Adhere to PDE Cooperative Education Guidelines for Administration.
