Job Description: Are you looking for an exciting full or part-time job opportunity? Do you have a background in Construction, Transportation, or Manufacturing? Do you have an interest in sharing your experience with youth in grades 9 through 12? If so, North Montco Technical Career Center is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic TEACHING ASSISTANT to work with students in trade-related areas.
Job Qualifications:
– Technical background and verified work experience
– Interest in working with high school students
– Experience working with special needs students preferred
Pre-employment Paperwork Requirements:
– PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
– Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
– FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
– School Employee Health Form (Physical and TB test)
– Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s)
This position can work up to 6.5 hours per day for approximately 180 days per school year (10 months per year). Full-time employment includes all benefits offered to ten-month employees. Part-time hours are also available! Pay rate is $20.00 per hour.
