Job Description: QUALIFICATIONS:
PA Certification in Special Education required. Capable of fulfilling all job responsibilities as indicated in the WMCTC CTE Instructor Job Description. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support/transitional services to special needs students enrolled in career and technical education; attend IEP meetings off-site as required at one of the three (3) home school districts; monitor performance and provide intervention strategies as required; participate in MDEs and the development of IEPs, the development of career and technical performance plans, and the placement of students applying for career and technical education programs. Provide staff development to teachers related to curriculum modification, adaptations, and instructional strategies. Model strategies for special education students and co-teach content as needed with instructors. Facilitate small groups for testing and remediation as needed. Coordinate internal
