Job Title: Special Education Facilitator

Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description: Successful candidate will support students from special populations enrolled in career and technical programs, including those receiving special education and Section 504 service agreement accommodations. The individual will assist program teachers with the implementation of IEPs and 504 plans, deliver individual and small group instruction where necessary, and serve as a liaison between the sending schools, instructional staff, and administration. Successful candidate will assist students with the transition from school-to-work and attend IEP meetings. Applicants should possess extensive knowledge of current PA and federal special education regulations/mandates. Instructional Certification with Special Education certificate and experience. CTE experience highly desired.
