Job Type: 190-200 days per year position.
Job Description: School Police/Resource Officer, Carbon Career & Technical Institute. 190-200 days per year position. Grades 9-12. The successful candidate will assist the administration with maintaining building safety and exercising police powers as appropriate (issuing citations including, but not limited to, truancy). Requirements: Graduate of Act 120 Training, passed the MPOETC exam and/or graduate of PA State Police Academy. Complete the SRO course from NASRO. Experience working with secondary school age students in an educational setting-preferred and behavioral health background a plus. Salary commensurate with experience and certification.
