RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide visionary leadership to stimulate innovation and build capacity in the
Academic Center. Provide instructional leadership to academic teachers in order to improve curriculum, supervise and evaluate professional staff and programs, instructional materials and teaching techniques. Assist in the maintenance of the day-to-day operation of the school. Cooperate with the participating school officials to solve individual student problems, etc…
QUALIFICATIONS:
PA Secondary Principal Certificate required, Director’s certificate preferred
Master’s Degree in education preferred
Minimum three (3) years of successful secondary education administrative experience required, five (5) years preferred
Experience in a CTE environment preferred
Experience and demonstrated skills in data analysis and data-driven decision making
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
