Job Description: Eastern Center for Arts and Technology seeks highly motivated individual to fill a key position on EASTERN’s administrative team as a Practical Nursing Program Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for all non-instructional activities of the Practical Nursing Department including curriculum development, budgeting and fiscal management, accreditation, establishing and maintaining community relationships, personnel recruitment, and overseeing student recruitment, retention, and records. The PN Coordinator will act as Financial Aid Officer and supervise and evaluate the department’s teachers and staff to support growth and complete all required federal and state reporting. Excellent organizational and communication skills and background clearances are required for this position.
Requirements
Education:
Master’s Degree in Nursing
Certification:
Current license as a professional nurse in this Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Desirable Experience:
Experience as a nurse educator
Experience as an educational administrator
Experience in curriculum development
Experience in National Nursing Program Accreditation
Salary/Benefits/Terms:
Salary based on experience and education
Salary range $125,000 – $140,000
Excellent benefits including healthcare and retirement
