Job Description: PIMS Coordinator/Guidance Department Assistant:
Full Time 260-day position. Successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of data that is maintained and reported to state and federal agencies by BCAVTS, including data entry, child accounting and related PIMS reporting utilizing the student information system. Essential functions include coordinating with various end users concerning student attendance, enrollment and maintaining the student information system. Position requires confidentiality, organization, communication skills, attention to detail, a strong work ethic and an understanding of various Microsoft Office applications. Associate degree preferred.
