Job Description: Nursing Foundations Instructor
The Dauphin County Technical School is a comprehensive high school with 1,100 students, grades 9-12. We have an opening for a Nursing Foundations Instructor to join our team. The candidate must have four (4) years of wage-earning work experience as a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licenses Practical Nurse (LPN). The Instructor must be able to relate well with high-school aged students, work independently and prepare lessons that support students learning and skill development, including clinical experiences. Candidate must be willing to complete necessary coursework to earn a CTE teaching certification, or currently possess a PA CTE Teaching Certificate. Prior teaching experience is not required. Salary dependent upon experience. Full benefits package. Required documents: resume, the Standard Application for Teaching Positions in Pennsylvania Public Schools, and PDE 6004 Form.
