Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to completing routine troubleshooting and maintenance to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Operate all types of equipment related to custodial and maintenance work.
Requirements / Qualifications: Requires minimum five years experience in the areas of carpentry, electricity, plumbing and HVAC/Refrigeration. Must possess a valid Pennsylvanica C.D.L. with an “S” endorsement. Must be able to operate a forklift. Must have valid Act 34, Act 151, and Act 114 clearances. Compensation is as per the CIT Support Personnel Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Schedule: 12 month, Mon- Fri, 8 hours per day
