Job Description: The candidate will coordinate preventive and emergency maintenance, manage work orders, oversee grounds and snow removal, supervise maintenance and custodial staff, coordinate contractors and vendors, and assist with facility improvement projects. The position also requires availability to respond to facility emergencies as needed.
