BCTC is seeking several Instructional Assistants to work at our Oley location to start at the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year. Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be proficient in math, reading and writing. Candidates that possess work experience in any construction or technical trade is a plus.

What is the schedule? Full-time (32.5 hours per week); work schedule is congruent with the school calendar (190 days). Summers off, no night or weekend work! Have off all the good holidays and never worry about traveling during weather related days! A great Monday through Friday work schedule (8:00 am to 3:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break) especially for retirees or a parent with school aged children.
