Job Description: Technology Specialist – Position available at Middle Bucks Institute of Technology, located in Jamison, PA.
Responsibilities: Provide end user technical support including troubleshooting problems related to the LAN, PCs, and peripherals; install and test new software; develop appropriate training materials, conduct in-service classes, and coach individual employees; function as a member of the technology management team assisting in identifying and implementing information technology systems to enhance and support the school’s mission.
Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Applied Technology, or equivalent experience; A+ and/experience with Office 365 Admin/ Azure Console/ Google Admin console/MCP certifications preferred; knowledge of computer and network operating systems; PC configuration, repair and maintenance, and a variety of software applications; ability to multitask, meet deadlines, work independently; excellent oral and written communication skills; experience in an educational environment.
Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: 40-hours/week
