Job Title: Industrial Technology Specialist

Organization/School: Pennsylvania College of Technology

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description: Leveraging industrial maintenance expertise, this position will support the sales, marketing, development, and delivery of specialized technical training programs for manufacturing and industrial applications, while also overseeing related projects. A key component of the role includes business development and the cultivation of strong employer partnerships.

Some travel and occasional work outside standard hours may be required to meet departmental needs. The annual salary range, based on qualifications, is $70,000–$80,000.

Minimum education and experience:

• Associate's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
• Three (3) years of work experience in an industrial environment.
• Extensive knowledge of equipment and/or processes related to industrial maintenance operations.

Minimum abilities and skills:

• Superior interpersonal skills are necessary to deal effectively and courteously with staff, faculty, students, and the public.
• Positive work attitude and ability to motivate others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize work based on changing needs.
• Essential project management skills.
• Knowledge of business/industrial operations.
• Proficient development of original solutions and targeted outcomes.
• Ability to innovate in a dynamic environment with emerging opportunities.
• Ability to interact successfully as a team member.
• Ability to instruct others in industrial maintenance related skills.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications and web-based video conferencing platforms.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to facilitate correspondence with other staff, clients, and third-party entities, online and inperson meetings, and presentations.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
