About BCTC’s Continuing Education Program: BCTC is an incredible premier career and technical education facility that provides high-quality technical education and career preparation to high school as well as adult students in the Berks County area. Adult students are provided a cost-effective way to learn a new skill or a trade on a full or part-time basis.

The role: This career opportunity requires confidentiality, sound judgment, and organizational skills to determine eligibility and awarding of federal, state, and institutional funds. Strong technical skills for maintaining, extracting, and compiling data from various sources for reporting purposes are also required. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in financial aid.

As the first point of contact for students, staff and those seeking information regarding adult education, excellent customer service, and written and oral communication skills are required.

What is the schedule: A full-time, year-round position (35 hours per week); Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with a duty-free 60-minute lunch break. A four-day summer work schedule option available June through August.
