Job Description: The Central PA Institute of Science and Technology (CPI) is seeking a full-time CTE Electrical Instructor to prepare students for careers in the electrical field. This is a high school teaching position, with the possibility of working with adult students as well. The instructor will deliver hands-on, shop-based instruction focused on real-world projects, practical problem-solving, and industry-relevant skills. The ideal candidate enjoys mentoring students and helping them build confidence and technical ability.
Applicants must have at least four years of electrical field experience and appropriate industry certifications. Secondary teaching experience is preferred but not required, making this a strong opportunity for skilled electricians interested in transitioning into education.
