Director of Practical Nursing
The Clearfield County Career and Technology Center is now accepting applications for a Director of Practical Nursing. The Director has the authority and responsibility for total nursing program functioning as required by the State Board of Nursing, the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, and the Joint Operating Committee. Professional duties include: directing, planning, supervision, coordination and evaluation of the nursing unit. Cooperates with other professionals to facilitate long range planning for growth and progress of program. Applicants must hold a current license as a registered nurse in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a graduate degree in Nursing. Prior experience as a nursing program director or experience as nursing administrator with 3 years clinical experience preferred.
