Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field required.
CPA, MBA or master’s degree preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in school finance, governmental accounting, nonprofit finance, municipal finance, higher education, healthcare or comparable organization financial leadership preferred.
What you’ll Do: As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will help guide the financial future of one of PA’s premier career and technical education institutions. Responsibilities include:
Strategic financial planning and budget development.
Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, payroll, investments, purchasing, and annual audits.
Develop long-range financial plans and fiscal forecasts that support organizational priorities.
Oversee procurement and financial operations related to transportation, food services and facilities.
Provide financial leadership for capital projects and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with administrators, Board members, and community partners.
Supervise and support Business Office and Food Service staff.
