Job Description: The Center for Professional Development in Career and Technical Education (CTE) in the College of Education and Human
Development is a grant funded Center charged with delivering a range of services and provides field-based teacher education
programming in a specialized setting in the Eastern region of the state.
The Director of the CTE center will provide leadership in the implementation of the PA Department of Education’s (PDE) Bureau of
Career and Technical Education (BCTE) grant guidelines with the goal of student success and continuous improvement of Temple’s
CTE program and secondary partnerships.
This position will monitor grant requirements to ensure compliance, develop, write
and implement relevant local plans, fulfill requirements for Annual Performance
Reports or other requirements for reporting. This position will also require
adherence to all university and college policies, procedures, and processes.
