Job Description: North Montco Technical Career Center is seeking a full-time DEAN OF STUDENTS.
Job Requirements:
– Valid Pennsylvania secondary teaching certification
– 3 years or more of exemplary teaching experience
– Excellent record of classroom management and parent involvement
– Strong communication skills
Job Duties:
– Execute NMTCC’s Code of Conduct for students through Restorative Practices
– Monitor and develop plans to address student discipline and attendance
– Work with sending school administration, in conjunction with NMTCC Principal, on discipline policy and procedures and student issues at the school
– Support the end-of-program testing program (NOCTI)
– Support various professional development efforts, including the Induction Program
Pre-employment Paperwork Requirements:
– PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
– Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
– FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
– School Employee Health Form (Physical and TB test)
– Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s)
This ten-month per year position starts in August 2026. Salary dependent on experience, in accordance with the teachers’ salary schedule.
