Job Description: North Montco Technical Career Center is seeking a full-time Data and Compliance Specialist. This is a full-time, twelve-month per year position which reports directly to the Assistant Director and deals with students, faculty, and the public on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and submit accurate and detailed state reports for the Pennsylvania Department of Education,
including CATS, Act 48, and PIMS.
– Prepare documentation for state monitoring and compliance for program approvals, industry
certifications, licenses and credentials.
– Prepare and submit state reporting for Safe Schools and Child Accounting.
– Support and maintain OAC membership lists, meetings, and minutes.
– Maintain and monitor CSIU employee attendance and leave requests.
– Complete the submission of required paperwork to appropriate third party partners.
Qualifications:
– Possess a high degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
– Minimum of 3 years working with school data compliance and/or child accounting
at a school district or technical career center.
– Demonstrated experience with Google and Microsoft Suite and data entry.
– Excellent written, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong skills in building relationships and a creative and innovative approach to
problem-solving.
– Ability to follow established protocols and have private transportation.
– Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.

– PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
– Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
– FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
– School Employee Health Form (Physical and TB test)
– Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s)
