BCTC is an incredible premier career and technical education facility that provides high-quality technical education and career preparation to high school students in the Berks County area.
The role: The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, team-oriented, and cooperative and possess the ability to communicate effectively. Responsible for maintaining the school grounds such as grass cutting, shrub trimming, mulching, weeding, and snow removal as needed. Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas that include cleaning classrooms, offices, restrooms, and hallways throughout the Campus. Locks doors and secures building. Sets up for special school activities. Carry out minor repairs as necessary.

What is the schedule: Full-time 12-month position (40 hours per week); Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with a duty-free 30-minute lunch break. Day-time summer hours 6:30 am to 5 pm with a duty-free 30-minute lunch break (four-day summer work schedule option available June through August).
