Job Description: CTE SUPERVISOR – CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTION – Middle Bucks Institute of Technology (MBIT) is seeking a qualified, dynamic leader to serve as CTE Supervisor – Curriculum and Instruction.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for curriculum development, instructional quality, and program compliance across CTE programs; supervise and evaluate assigned instructional staff; coordinate professional development, teacher induction, and onboarding; manage grant development and administration; ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing CTE programming.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven leadership experience as an instructor or administrator
• Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Professional Administrative Certification required including Vocational Director, and/or Vocational Supervisor Certificate.
• Teaching experience with strong background in Career and Technical Education
• Evidence of a strong professional work ethic
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
Terms of Employment:
