CURRICULUM: Responsible to offer a Cosmetology Program within the LCTI curriculum model
CONTRACT: Salary, benefits, and conditions per current negotiated agreement between the LCTI Joint Operating Committee and the LCTI Education Association.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful credential review for Occupational Competency area for Cosmetology (2023)
Minimum four (4) years’ full-time work experience above & beyond training period
Cosmetology Instructor’s license required.
Willingness to pursue and maintain industry recognized credentials and/or certification
Willingness to pursue and maintain teaching certification (CIP code 12.0401 – Cosmetology/Cosmetologist – General)
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with high school youth a plus, but not required
Capable of fulfilling all job responsibilities as indicated on the LCTI CTE Teacher Position Description.
Act 34, 151, & 114 clearances required
