Job Description: Cosmetology Instructor – Huntingdon County CTC
The Huntingdon County Career and Technology Center is seeking a Cosmetology Instructor to provide hands-on instruction and prepare high school students for successful careers and industry certification in cosmetology.
Qualifications:
Minimum of four years of verifiable industry experience
Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology license
Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
Willingness to obtain required Pennsylvania vocational teaching certification
Required clearances in accordance with school policy
The successful candidate will provide classroom and practical instruction in areas such as hair care, styling, cutting, coloring, nail care, skin care, sanitation, safety, and professional practices while preparing students for the Pennsylvania State Board examination.
