Job Description: Eastern Center for Arts and Technology is seeking a permanent, full-time Construction Careers Management Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching competency-based curriculum which covers concepts in the area(s) of carpentry and repairs, masonry, floor and wall tile, residential electrical circuits, plumbing and construction management. Must be eligible for PA Building/Property Maintenance – 2013 (CIP Code 46.0401).
The instructor will conduct all classroom activities as well as other professional duties as required.
Experience:
Four (4) years of documented wage-earning experience in related industry.
Qualifications:
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
• Must be willing to fulfill teaching certification requirements
• Knowledge of current trends in the industry
• Instructional/motivational techniques
• Technology as an instructional tool
• Background clearances as per PA School Code
Salary/Benefits/Terms:
• Based on certification status, teaching experience, and years in industry in coordination with Professional contract $56,729 – $112,250
• Excellent benefits including healthcare and retirement
• Anticipated start – August 2026
