Qualifications
• Master’s Degree required.
• PA Ed Specialist I or II certification w/concentration in Secondary School Counseling required.
• Previous school counseling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of career and technical education is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
• Provide academic, career, and personal counseling services to BCTC students.
• Guide students in career planning and postsecondary opportunities.
• Assist with student recruitment, application, enrollment, and outreach activities.
• Serve as the NOCTI Site Coordinator.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, parents, and sending schools to support student success.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:15 p.m. (7¾ hours/day), 10-months (190 days). Includes six evening functions annually and two extended faculty meetings per month.
