Job Description: Business Office Administrative Assistant – Position available at Middle Bucks Institute of Technology, located in Jamison, PA.
Responsibilities: Provide overall school business operations account support for the Business Office and the Facilities Office. Maintain integrity of school business and financial systems including enter and edit invoices, analyze A/P statement and vendor inquiries, maintain school-wide vendor contract files, process purchase orders, maintain control cash box, and inventory control systems.
Qualifications: Possess strong organizational and math skills; Proficiency in software applications (Microsoft Office) and data systems management required; ability to balance multiple assignments and priorities; ability to accept direction, prioritize work, initiate tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently; possess refined interpersonal skills and courteous customer service attitude; ability to operate general office equipment; ability to maintain confidential/mature decorum.
Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: 40-hours/week
