Job Title: Building Trades Instructor

Job Description: Career & Technical Instructor needed for Building Trades Program (CIP: 46.9999). Full-time (183 days)
position beginning August 2026. Candidate must have a minimum of four (4) years of verifiable related
full-time occupational experience in all aspects of residential home construction, electric, plumbing,
masonry, building code and safety OR PA Tech Ed/Industrial Arts Certification. Secondary teaching
experience preferred, but not required. Individual must possess strong verbal and written
communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft computer applications is essential. Acts 34, 114 and 151 clearances required. Email letter of interest and resume to careers@cmths.org. Accepting applications until position is filled. EOE.
