Job Description: Bucks County Technical High School (BCTHS) is seeking an experienced, dynamic leader to fill the position of Assistant Principal/Supervisor of CTE. The ideal candidate will embrace and promote the BCTHS mission to prepare all students for careers, post-secondary education, and life-long learning, by providing knowledge and practical skills through high quality, integrated, standards-driven curriculum, access to current technologies, work-related experiences, and partnerships within the community.
Provide assistance and support in the administration of the total school mission including student management, daily operations of the school in concert with the Principal and policies established by the Joint Board Committee. Career and Technical Education experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Perkins Grant funding preferred
• Assist in the development and implementation of the school’s educational programs
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture
• Elevate and support instructional and support staff
Strong Career and Technical Education Background
Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Supervisor of Career and Technical Education Certificate and/or Pennsylvania Principal Certification K-12
Teaching experience in Career and Technical Education
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
Leadership in a school setting desired
