Job Description: POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Career and Technical Administrative Director Certificate, strongly preferred, Graduate Degree (Master’s Degree) in Education Field, A demonstrated record of teaching and educational leadership, preferably in Career and Technical Education, to include: Supervising and managing personnel, developing and implementing curricula and programs, fiscal responsibility, and a valid driver’s license.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise all components of the educational program as assigned, providing leadership for curriculum development, staff development, and the teaching/learning process; responsibilities include supervision of the teaching staff; assist in the administration of policies and procedures to achieve educational goals.
