Job Description: POSITION: Assistant Director of Student Services
LOCATION: Upper Bucks County Technical School, Perkasie, PA
STARTING DATE: For the 2024-2025 School Year
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Career and Technical Administrative Director Certificate, required, Graduate Degree (Master’s Degree) in the Education Field, A demonstrated record of teaching and educational leadership preferably in Career and Technical Education to include: Supervising and managing personnel, developing and implementing curricula and programs, fiscal responsibility, and a valid driver’s license.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise all components of the educational program as assigned, providing leadership for curriculum development, staff development, and the teaching/learning process; responsibilities include supervision of the teaching staff; assist in the administration of policies and procedures to achieve educational goals. The Assistant Director of Student Services provides instructional leadership and oversight in student recruitment and retention, special education, counseling, and support services. This role ensures that student services are integrated into the comprehensive plan.
