Job Description: The Building Custodian is responsible for the cleaning and care of the entire building as the custodial schedule applies to the different working shifts. This person is under the direct supervision of the Custodial/Maintenance Supervisor. The M3-Maintenance General Custodial worker understands that (s)he is responsible for the cleanliness of the entire physical plant and grounds of the school and duties are not segregated to an area of assignment. This person shall be subject to the authority of the Administrative Director and shall be responsible for seeing that requests are met within the limits of school policy and administrative regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school graduate
2. Experienced in custodial work
3. Good moral character
4. Strong team player
5. Health and physical qualifications necessary for the work
6. Valid PA Driver’s License
