Job Description: POSITION: Instructor of Agriculture and Life Science
LOCATION: Upper Bucks County Technical School, Perkasie, PA
STARTING DATE: Start of 2025-2026 school year
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural/Agricultural certification
• Comfortable teaching Animal Science, Plant Science, Animal/Plant biotechnology, and Agribusiness, Research & Development courses.
• Ability to obtain the Curriculum for Agriculture Science Education Certification in (CASE)
• Critical-thinker, problem-solver
• Must hold a state driver’s license
• Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule and school policies
Responsibilities include:
Responsible for delivering all course materials and instruction to prepare students for the workplace.
Is knowledgeable of and adheres to all institutional educational policies and procedures;
Maintain student records and participate in curriculum development and revision;
UBCTS instructors have the primary responsibility of aiding our students in the achievement of their goal (i.e., to be trained and placed), and delivering a Student First experience
