About BCTC: BCTC is a premier career and technical education facility offering top-tier technical education and career preparation for high school and adult students in the Berks County area.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively. A minimum of three (3) years of administrative support experience. Proficiency with PC, office equipment, related software programs, and the internet is essential. The ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor is a must.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide secretarial and support services to the Assistant Principal/Supervisor.
• Maintain a professional office environment and assist visitors at the main office counter.
• Process deposits, student attendance, discipline letters, driving/riding permission forms, and more.
• Receive and manage deliveries from UPS, Federal Express, Office Services, RIPS, and other couriers.

Schedule: This is a full-time, 12-month position based at our East Campus in Oley, PA. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, with a duty-free 60-minute lunch break. Enjoy a four-day work week during the summer (June through August).
