About BCTC’s Continuing Education Program: BCTC is an incredible premier career and technical education facility that provides high-quality technical education and career preparation to high school as well as adult students in the Berks County area. Adult students are provided a cost-effective way to learn a new skill or a trade on a full or part-time basis.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, team-oriented, cooperative and possess the ability to communicate effectively. A minimum of three (3) years administrative support experience preferred. Must be proficient with PC, office equipment, related software programs and the internet. Must maintain confidentiality and a professional decorum.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support the adult day school, evening and CDL student inquiry, application, registration, and payment process.
• Accurately input student data including demographic, completion, certification and job placement information into a database.
• Prepare and submit federal, state and local reports as required for all CE programs.
• Provide clerical support to the Continuing Education CDL program.

What is the schedule: Will work from both the East Campus in Oley and the West Campus in Leesport, PA. Full-time 12-month position (35 hours per week); Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with a duty-free 60-minute lunch break. Four-day summer work schedule option available June through August).
