Quality career and technical education is an essential part of America’s workforce development system. The challenges of assuring a high-quality system which meets the needs of students and employers are many. This conference will focus on providing career and technical education leaders with the information and skills to help them meet those challenges. In addition to outstanding general session speakers, participants will be able to choose from a variety of small group breakout sessions. An additional resource available to conference participants will be a commercial exhibit area.
DATE/LOCATION
The 2024 PACTA Leadership Conference is being held July 23-25 at the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center in State College, PA. Registration for the conference will begin at 10:00 a.m. on July 23. The first conference session will begin on July 23 at 2:00 p.m. A pre-conference golf tournament will also be held on July 23 beginning at 7:30 a.m. The conference will conclude on July 25 at 11:00 a.m.
TENTATIVE AGENDA
PACTA is an approved provider for Act 48 professional development activities. Conference participants will be awarded up to ten hours of Act 48 credit upon completion of the conference Act 48 Form.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The registration fee is $320 for participants who register by July 1, 2024. A late fee of $50 will be charged for registrations received after July 1, 2024. The deadline for registration is July 12, 2024. Refunds will not be provided for registration cancellations after July 12, 2024.
The registration fee includes conference expenses and materials, dinner on Tuesday, breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, breakfast on Thursday, and all refreshment breaks.
To register, visit the PACTA website and LOGIN or download a REGISTRATION FORM. (If you do not have an online PACTA account, click the “Register for an Account” link and follow the prompts. You will then be able to register for the conference under the Event List.)

ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodations are available at the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center at the conference rate of $138 single or double. Reservations must be made by June 21, 2024. Reference the conference Reservation Identification Number PACT24A when making your reservation.
