and Workforce Development Symposium
February 5-6, 2026 ● Hershey Lodge and Convention Center, Hershey, PA
Students entering the workforce of tomorrow will face challenges much different than workers of the past. These challenges
will impact new workers whether they enter the workforce directly from high school or after earning a two- or four-year
degree. Schools and workforce agencies must work to develop new pathways to help students. Local, state, and national
leaders will present best practices to help students be career ready.
