2025 Jacqueline L. Cullen Distinguished CTE Leadership Award

NOMINATION INFORMATION
The Jacqueline L. Cullen Distinguished CTE Leadership Award celebrates those currently serving in a Career and Technical Education (CTE) leadership role and seeks to recognize those leaders for their extraordinary contributions and demonstration of the core values and commitment to CTE.

DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this award is to recognize and honor leaders of CTE who have a distinguished history of service and have demonstrated the highest level of commitment to advancing a vision for high-quality CTE in Pennsylvania.

ELIGIBILITY
The nominee must be currently serving as a CTE leader in Pennsylvania and be an Active member of PACTA. A CTE leader is defined as an individual with a position of influence and leadership within a CTE school or educational system who has direct administrative responsibilities over CTE.

CRITERIA
Nominees should exemplify excellence as a CTE leader in their leadership, contributions, accomplishments, and benefits provided to the CTE community. Nominations should include how the individual’s leadership influenced and strengthened CTE in Pennsylvania at the secondary or postsecondary levels. Nominators are encouraged to work closely with the nominee to complete the nomination form. Supporting documentation such as articles and testimonials may be included
with the completed form.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
• Complete the electronic Nomination Form. It is recommended to type your responses in a Word document first, then copy and paste them into the form.
• Submissions will be reviewed to confirm qualification and provided to the Award Committee for consideration and selection.
• The winner will be recognized at the PACTA Leadership Conference in July.

DEADLINE
Nominations must be received by May 15, 2025, to be considered for this award.
